Refund policy

All items have a 10 day guarantee against defects from the day you receive it. If the item is defective or damaged in transit, you will be offered either a refund to the original method of payment, or store credit for the amount of the item purchased.

Each item on our website is listed with pictures to help you confirm the identity and quality of the item(s) you want to buy. You may request additional photos of the specific item prior to making a purchase.

If you overlooked the description, missed some damage in a photo, or if you just don't want the item any longer but it functions as it should, you can return it at your cost within 10 days and receive store credit for the value paid for the original item.
